Charlotte House properties offers historical homes that are located in the heart of Kansas City 3401 Campbell St, Kansas City, MO 64109 and 3704 Central St, Kansas City MO 64111 both are minutes from Downtown Kansas City, The Crown Center, The Sprint Center. The Plaza shopping and lots of dining areas are close Power and Light District, The Music Hall, and all of Kansas Cities Universities and Hospitals. Close to local transportation both UBER - UBER EATS and Lyft are available. The MCI airport is 25 minutes by car.
We offer a couple different types of room rentals. Short term rentals for those coming to Kansas City for less than 60 days. traveling medical professionals or students doing internships are welcome. Our short term rentals are a furnished bedroom with shared hall bath they are $900 a month with a $100 refundable deposit for those tenants who need a place for 60 days or less. This price includes all utilities. Please note both properties have stairs only 2nd and 3rd stories no elevators.
Our month to month tenants staying longer than 60 days a furnished bedroom is $800.00 per month with a shared hall bath, or a furnished bedroom with a private bath is $850.00 a month. The home is fully furnished and the common areas of the home.
We require a $100 refundable deposit for all new guests. This deposit is held until the tenant moves out. It will be returned to you as long as you provide a 30 day notice to move and leave both the bedroom and bathroom clean and do a walk through with management before you move out.
We have a coin operated washer dryer available at both properties for additional cost.
